With their Mammoth/Atlantic debut (their 14th release, including solo outings), this Aberdeen, Washington band offers plenty of it’s patented lurching riffage and stop-start rhythms, but they’ve also branched out into previously unprobed areas (one song even features a trombone and turntable-scratching). First metal radio single: “The Bit”; other emphasis tracks include “Bar-X-The Rocking M” and “Black Bock.” Scheduled performances include tentatively opening for Kiss in July and Lollapalooza 2nd stage shows in July and August.
